1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gd999 website accessible at gd999.io, including all pages, subdomains, features, services, and associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the gd999 platform and is using the services provided thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on gd999.io, through which the Player accesses betting markets, casino games, and payment services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account at any given time, including deposited funds and awarded bonus amounts shown separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin equivalent, cashback, or other incentive amount credited to an account by gd999 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the gd999 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the gd999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility

• You are mentally competent to enter into a legally binding agreement and to understand the nature and financial risks of real-money gambling.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold exactly one registered account on gd999. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and any other information requested on the registration form. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gd999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify gd999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

gd999 may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon any transaction that triggers a review threshold. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• Source of funds documentation where required

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by gd999 may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account suspension.

5 Deposits & Payments

gd999 accepts deposits exclusively via the Approved Payment Methods listed below. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Deposit Limits

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's gd999 balance within 30–60 seconds under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. gd999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's bank.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on gd999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). gd999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a transaction is initiated in a foreign currency, it will be declined.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Funds balance subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's name. gd999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified wallets, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) working hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction requires additional review under anti-money laundering procedures.

6.4 Wagering Before Withdrawal

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) on any eligible betting market or casino game before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and is separate from any bonus-specific wagering requirement.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification

gd999 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until all requested documentation is received and verified to gd999's satisfaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

gd999 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gd999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds and will be clearly identified in the account balance display.
• Real Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses and associated winnings may be voided if gd999 determines that the bonus was obtained through misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, or any form of abuse.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total across eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.

7.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting markets typically contribute 100% of stake value. Live casino games may contribute at reduced rates. Certain game types may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. gd999 does not issue extensions or reinstatements of expired bonuses except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and live betting activity on the gd999 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available markets.

8.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is confirmed only when gd999's system has accepted and recorded the wager and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets are void if placed after the official start time of the relevant event, unless gd999 explicitly offers live in-play betting for that market.

8.2 Odds

All odds displayed on gd999 are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet, regardless of subsequent market movement. gd999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed due to a manifest error in the odds feed.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by gd999 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, market suspension prior to event start, or identification of a pricing error. Void bets are returned to the Player's balance at the original stake amount.

8.4 Maximum Payout

gd999 imposes maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day. These limits are product-specific and are displayed in the relevant betting interface. Winnings that would exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be paid at the cap amount. Stakes associated with winnings above the cap will be returned proportionally.

8.5 Suspicious Betting Activity

gd999 cooperates with integrity monitoring organisations and reserves the right to suspend, void, or withhold settlement of bets placed on events where suspicious activity, match-fixing, or integrity concerns are identified. Any bets found to have been placed in connection with corrupt activity will be void and the associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

9 Casino Games

Casino games available on gd999, including live table games, slots, crash games, and virtual games, are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games operate on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or, in the case of live games, use physical dealing and spinning mechanisms supervised by live dealers.

9.1 Return to Player (RTP)

9.2 Game Malfunction

9.3 Game Rules

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gd999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 21

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by gd999

gd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gd999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The account was registered using false information
• The account is associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires action on the account
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to gd999, other players, or third parties

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Real Funds may be held for up to 180 days while the investigation is conducted. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon suspension.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their gd999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Losses caused by the Player's failure to maintain account security
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature arising from the use of the platform
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, including sports results, live scores, or game outcomes

gd999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the platform, to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

gd999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at gd999.io/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. 16 Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. The English version of these terms is the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
